Once again this year, cinema and theater come together to take over the streets of Syracuse.

As part of the 18th edition of the Ortigia Film Festival, the valuable collaboration with the Ortyx Drama Festival returns—the free arts and theater festival in the heart of Ortigia, promoted, conceived, and organized by the students of @inda_accademia—which will enrich the city with performances and readings. Ortyx offers students of the Syracuse Academy of Ancient Drama an opportunity to create and experiment, each working in their own artistic language.

But Ortyx isn’t just an opportunity for those taking the stage; above all, it’s an opportunity for those who come to watch: a chance to laugh, reflect, and be moved.
