SYNOPSIS
The game of a child recalls the tragic events related to the earthquake of Bellice which, in January 1968, razed several towns in Western Sicily including the village of Gibellina. The displacement of the new city and the urban reorganization deprived the survivors even of the last comfort linked to memory. It is therefore an old rhyme that manages to reawaken the souls of the victims and guide them in the extreme attempt to regain their lost identity.
