Arena Minerva

(Piazza Duomo)

Spacious and rectangular, it runs along the side of the cathedral, the heart and living room of the old town. The columns of the ancient temple of Athena, erected at the beginning of the 5th century BC, are visible in the wall. During the Festival, the square is transformed into a Film Arena equipped with the best projection facilities. It hosts the main sections of the Festival and meets with authors, actors, producers and the awards evening.

Teatro Massimo Hall

Located in the heart of Ortigia, the Teatro Massimo is an elegant 19th-century building inaugurated in 1897 and reopened to the public in 2016 after extensive restoration. With a seating capacity of approximately 500, it hosts seasons of contemporary drama and concerts, representing a lively cultural hub for the city.

Sala Vittorini

A small independent cinema and cultural space located in Ortigia, it hosts screenings, short films, classic films, and festival-related events. Sala Vittorini is characterized by an intimate atmosphere and a select program, including short films, documentaries, restored classics, and arthouse films, often accompanied by meetings, discussions, or industry presentations.

Ortea Palace Hotel
